a production blog is born - opening our notebook

It's been an incredibly generative first week of meetings. The discussions have been so productive, in fact, that about half an hour into today's read-through with the actors it occurred to me that we're going to need a place to gather, share, and sort out the many thoughts that we're pouring into our private notebooks. In the days to come I hope to use this space to summarize the ideas that have already been brought to the table, to record the ongoing questions that arise, to highlight points of emerging clarity, and to generally chronicle the process as it unfolds.
